Industry Mentor

Mentors bring guidance and support to participants during the event. 
Mentors of any gender can contribute their expertise during the jam. As a mentor, you will:

  • Assist participant teams as they develop their game
  • Attend an ice-breaker QnA session prior to the event to introduce yourself
  • Share your games industry experience and skills (code, art, writing, music, production etc)
  • Help create a positive learning environment for participants to share and explore new ideas
  • Guide the new generation of developers to turn "I wish I could make games" into "I love making games!"
Discord moderator

Discord Moderators help provide a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.

Discord moderators:

  • Ensure everyone is included
  • Assist organisers with setting up groups
  • Help mentors connect with participants in need leading up to and throughout the event.
