  • Can I enter a tabletop game?

    Absolutely! The jam is for both tactile and digital game formats. Let your creativity run wild.

  • Where can I find the Discord Server?

    Our Discord Server is our primary mode of contact. If you're 18+ please fill out the Register your interest form.

     

  • Who can join the jam?

    Any women that is at least 18yrs of age.

  • Is the game jam just for women?

    The jam itself is exclusively for women. It is focused on creating new opportunities for women to enter, or grow their reach within the games sector. However if you're not a woman you can still be involved in other ways! (See: I'm not a woman - can I still be involved?)

  • I'm not a woman - can I still be involved?

    Yes! POWER Up! has many ways non-women can contribute. They can join the industry experts / mentor pool for providing support as requested to the game jam teams, offer to host a webinar on a game design topic in the lead up to the event, help spread the word and sponsor the event.
